WFAPA conferences reach a statewide population, and WFAPA encourages networking amongst foster and adoptive parents. Every year we hold a spring conference in April and a fall conference in October in wisconsin. WFAPA also educates the public and brings a more positive light to foster and adoptive parenting through stories in different areas of the media (including radio, newspapers, etc.) and through our quilt, which tells the stories of foster children.
