WFAPA was established to support and empower caregivers in communities throughout Wisconsin. Because of the privacy and confidentiality needs of children in foster care and adoption, parents and caregivers can sometimes feel isolated from others who understand their experiences. They may also be unaware of the services, programs, and support available to them.
